Terms
Terms of use
Last updated: 30 July 2026
The deal
TunedWaves is made by Tuned Waves Ltd (SC897154, Scotland). By creating an account you agree to these terms. They’re short because the product is honest: use the app, be decent to people, and everything you’d expect to be yours stays yours.
Your account
You need to be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens on your account. One account per person — impersonation gets removed.
Music
TunedWaves plays music through Apple Music. Full tracks need your own Apple Music subscription, under Apple’s terms; without one, songs play as 30-second previews. We don’t host, copy or distribute recordings — every play happens through the licensed catalog.
What you post
Dailies, titles, handles and everything else you put into TunedWaves stay yours. You give us the licence needed to show them to the people you shared them with — that’s the whole point of posting — including on public share pages when you share a link. Don’t post things you don’t have the right to post.
House rules
- No harassment, hate, or targeting people. The report button is everywhere and reports are reviewed by humans.
- No spam, scraping, or automated accounts.
- No attempting to break, probe or overload the service.
- Broadcasts carry music, not surveillance — don’t use TunedWaves to record or monitor anyone.
Breaking these can mean removed material, a suspended account, or — for the serious ones — a permanent ban. We’ll always tell you what happened and why.
Ending things
You can delete your account any time (Settings → Delete account, or the delete-account page on this site). We can suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we’ll give reasonable notice.
The unavoidable legal paragraph
TunedWaves is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Tuned Waves Ltd isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses; nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited (like death or personal injury caused by negligence). These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes belong to the Scottish courts — though your statutory consumer rights wherever you live are unaffected.
